The key goal within Rely IT is to achieve all the project deliverables within negotiated times and within the specified budget and to the quality expected. We do however understand that project do not always run as expected and pride ourselves on being open and transparent providing you, the customer, with all the information to make an informed decision, because after all it is your project.

 

We will assist you in defining the technology, project scope, ensuring resourcing whether using your resources, or ours. Scheduling and planning, gap analysis to determine needs not covered by the scope, management of deliverable being delivered on time through to project closure and can even assist with the integration into you business and services desk from a support perspective.
